Faces of Freedom Presents
Submarine Warfare of WWII
The Rowland Freedom Center invites you to a compelling and educational event on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, at 12:00 PM, commemorating the anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor.
The featured speaker for the event is Dr. Tom Brames, Professor Emeritus at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Dr. Brames, a distinguished historian and expert in World War II studies, will provide an engaging presentation on the vital role of submarines during the war. The talk will explore key topics such as:

Cup of Joe
Every 1st Saturday, 9am-11am
The Rowland Freedom Center welcomes veterans, military and first responders to free coffee and doughnuts every first Saturday of the month. Stop on by and see our collection while enjoying some coffee and doughnuts amongst fellow veterans/first responders!
